I am sharing a few homemade acne facial masks with you today. You know you want them to try because they come with no side effects. They are inexpensive, so you don’t have to bet money to see how it works for you. So let’s get started with 5 easy natural remedies to reduce acne. And remember drink lots of water.
Homemade acne facial masks
Apple and Honey Mask: Remove the skin and grate the apple into fine pulp. Now mix 4 tbsp of honey to it. Apply on your face and neck and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse and apply moisturizer if you have dry skin.
Fluid Mask: Mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp rose water, 2-3 fresh mint leaves (finely cut) and 2 tbsp of Aloe Vera. Apply and leave on the skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash and pat dry.
Baking Soda Mask: Make a paste of baking soda (not baking powder) with water and apply it on your face. Rinse with Luke water and pat dry.
Egg Whites: Separate the egg white and whip it till it’s fluffy. Apply on your face and leave for 20 minutes. Wash with water and pat dry.
Oatmeal Mask: Blend some oatmeal with water and gently spread it onto your skin. Leave it until it dries (10-15 minutes). This mask is gentle and safe.
SOME FACTS:
Apples and Honey: Tightens your pores, removes excess oil from the skin, moisturizes and replenishes dry skin.
Lemon Juice: Brightens and softens the skin. It also removes blackheads and scars.
Aloe Vera: Heals and moisturizes.
Rose Water: Refreshens and reduces blemishes and scars.
Fresh Mint: Gives a cooling affect. Lightens insect sting marks, acne, pimples and other skin infections.
Baking soda: Heals skin burns and rashes.
Egg white: Tightens and clears red spots (avoid if allergic to eggs)
Oatmeal: Moisturizes. Removes dead skin and heals rashes. It also soothes sunburns and skin irritation.
