Now here’s a fun activity which I am very excited to share with You.
Love Notes Activity- Why I love You today?
I made this file for 365 days
You can also make:
Month’s (February) activity for Valentine
OR
Hourly (24 hours-February 14th) activity for Valentine’s Day
OR
How about Every Week for a Year
Love Notes Activity- Why I love You today?
I made this file for 365 days
You can also make:
Month’s (February) activity for Valentine
OR
Hourly (24 hours-February 14th) activity for Valentine’s Day
OR
How about Every Week for a Year
~Lots of possibilities~
It can also be enjoyed with family, friends and kids
You Will Need:
- File (or book, board etc)
- Scrap paper and foam sheets
- Embellishments, stickers and ribbons
- Fabric
- Chalkboard paint
- Mod podge
- Scissors, markers and some stationery
(Note: these are the things I used to decorate my file- You can decorate as your heart desires)
Make it:
Start by gluing the paper of your choice on to the file. I used Elmer’s extra strength glue stick for good bonding
Next I cut out fabric, cards, foam sheets, ribbon and pattern paper with the help of scissors-
off course you can use your silhouette for more creative cutting ideas
(Before I started crafting the file, I made a rough sketch of how I wanted everything to be on the file)
I then arranged all the cutouts on the file to see what looks best
And liked this look “Why I love You?”
Finally mod podge the fabric and paper on the file
and also mod podge the foam numbers vertically
Let it all dry!
I used ribbon cutouts to make “I” and “YOU”
I love how the file shows all the details about itself.
I also free hand wrote “Today” on a piece of paper
And outlined the “Heart” frame
Finally to add to the fun of Valentine’s Day Love Notes
A little creativity with the chalkboard paint is the right thing
Chalkboard paint the inner left side of the file for extra something anytime
I also made a printable for
The Love Notes Activity
To write “Why I love You Today?” on a paper in message bubbles for
“Him” and “Her”
Download the Free Printable here
You can also print on scented papers on special occasions like The 14th February, your anniversary, birthdays and more
That’s it. I can’t wait to start writing in it.
